Mimoka

Mimoka is a project that seeks to rediscover the bond between the child and the toy. In addition to producing toys using fine materials, the project seeks to encourage the use of hands, promoting workshops not only for kids, but for all audiences where creativity in the purest form is encouraged.

We were commissioned to design the Visual Identity, name, illustrations and packaging. We crafted the brand taking inspiration in some fundamental concepts from "Le Petit Prince" ("El Principito" in Spanish and "The Little Prince" in English), written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The visual language used plays with the line and the spot to generate both figurative and abstract illustrations.
