Who we are

re-robot is an independent design studio founded in the city of Montevideo (Uruguay) in 2011.
‍
We craft disrupting design solutions that help established and emerging brands tell their stories. We design meaningful experiences that communicate brand core values through Visual Design.

We work with local companies as well as for international clients. Over the years we've got quite good at working remotely, having the infrastructure to work for clients from any place in the world. We use a combination of professional tools to iterate and deliver our work, including Slack, Notion and inVision to name a few.

IdN Magazine

(Printed Magazine)

IdN is one of the most important publications when it comes to design. In this issue, Uruguay is present in the section "Creative Country" and re-robot is one of the studios chosen by the publisher. There is a brief selection of our works and an interview about different design-related topics.
ihearlogos 3

(Book)

We were invited to feature 3 logos designed by the studio in the third edition of iheartlogos. The chosen brands in this case were kromo (already featured in Logolounge 7), RadSurf, and Jaguatorí. iheartlogos was a renowned American design book series which celebrated the creation of logos. It used a voting system in which the jury was made up of hundreds of top designers from around the globe.
IdN POTM

(On-line publication)

The studio was chosen in May for the web version of IdN magazine in its blog POTM (Pick of the Month) which gathers a monthly selection of the best there is design-wise.
LogoLounge 7

(Book)

Kromo’s logo was shown in the seventh edition of Logolounge, published by Rockport. Logolounge is one of the most important publications in the world when it comes to logos, featuring work from the biggest design studios, including Pentagram, Lippincott, Turner Duckworth, and The Brand Union.

Colectivo Licuado was chosen to be part of the 8th edition of the world famous book LogoLounge

The logo we have designed for Nexa has been selected to be part of the 9th edition.
Good Idea 3

(Book)

Good Idea 3, published by High Tone, is the third edition of the book that curates good ideas and their execution in the field of Graphic Design. Licuado's identity and stationery were chosen to be there next to works by important studios and agencies such as Sagmeister & Walsh.
Look at me!: New Poster Design

(Book)

Look at Me! brings together and introduces fresh and creative posters designed by world-class artists that make use of original ideas, advanced methods and techniques, ingenious materials and unique features. Our studio was invited to feature tex10, the work we did for EUCD (Industrial School of Design).
